In my personal opinion, I believe this quote in a way needs to be modified on how it set out to educate others. For instance, he used the example of feelings versus values, on wither saving your drowning dog or a random person. He says your feelings are to save your animal and your values are to save the human. Since we eat animals we don't value them as much. On the other hand, we rather eat animals than eat humans. Which is true because we do value humans more but doesn't mean we shouldn't save our dog first. Another example that was shared with us was on how if we were to eat based on what we feel like eating then we will become obese. But if we were to eat our values then we will become healthy and our ideal image of thin. These two examples elaborate on the idea of values against feelings and how it natural for us to battle or to not battle our values every day. To learn how to battle your values every day and the world will become a better place.

I don't think I would like to become one for many reasons, that I will never come to an understanding too. I don't like working in a hospital atmosphere or being responsible for someone's life. I don't think I will like the rush or the challenge of being changed and move so easily. For instance, I can have a stable patient to one who's in the ER.

"1.Word Hard. 2. Follow your passions. Do the things you are interested in doing. 3. Don't chase after money. "you want to be able to support yourself, but try not to let money become what you live for." 9Pamela Espeland.) Emerson said, "Money often costs too much." 4. Serve others. Do good things for others, and good things will come to you "- Phillip Rigs
In my personal opinion, I think that thee are the four steps tips to success could be modified to your fitting. But the overall idea is the ones above, if followed you will for sure have a higher advantage of success. For instance, if I were to always work hard in anything that I do it will soon develop into a habitat that I will forever carry with me. Which will not only help me in the short run but in the long run as well? Another example is when we going looking for the greens n anything that we do when we shouldn't. Well, at least we should look for it a lot less than we normally do. TO conclude we should follow the four tips to success.

An internal phenomenon
"The reward for doing right is mostly an internal phenomenon: self-respect, dignity, (self-worth), integrity, and self-esteem." - Dr. Laura Schlessinger
In my interpretation of this quote from Dr. Laura Schlessinger, she implies that we should all do what
's right and what are the steps that follow. For instance, in order to become anything you will have to follow the regulations and the steps into it, in this case, a CTR person. She states that to become a CTR person you will need to have self-respect, dignity, integrity, and self-esteem. THese all play key roles in an internal phenomenon. If you were to follow the key roles then you will lead to success and minor failures along the way. Because not everyone is perfect. Listen to her and to your fellow colleagues on how you can become an internal phenomenon even in the smallest areas.

Teen Challenges
1. What are several of the major challenges teens deal with today?
Teens face many challenges every day, no matter how big or small. Some of which they have in common with adults, elders, or even children. These are the ten most popular challenges that they face, which are depression, bullying, sexual activity, drug use, alcohol use, obesity, academic problems, on-screen violence, social media, and peer pressure.
2. What are one or two major challenges YOU are dealing with today? What are you doing about them?
One of the main challenges that I deal and try to overcome every day is academic problems. My grades might be good B's and A's but I struggle with wanting them to be all straight A's and competition with other fellow students. I want to score the highest and I want to be part of the group of kids that have 4.0's. What I do to make sure I meet my end goal is that I work really hard and dedicate a certain amount of time each day to work on my end goal of getting the highest score I could possibly get.
3. How does being a CTR person help you to overcome any challenge you may face?
Being a CTR person helps me do good and feel good about things that I do on an everyday base. When I feel good I feel like I'm able to accomplish some work. Also when I work with honesty I feel even more proud of myself for learning the information taught to us that I'm able to retain.
4. How can you help other teens to overcome their challenges?
Ways to help other teens attempt to overcome their challenges are to find ways to either be productive that will benefit them, go to therapy (if needed), find a new hobby, go out with friends that are supportive and not judgemental, and keep or stop doing things that trigger the challenge.
5. Add Pictures:

6. Reflection: What do you think is the greatest need that teens have today?
I think the greatest challenge that teens have today is peer pressure. If we were to lower the amount of peer pressure we have today, and on to the future numbers will drop at a rapid pace in teen challenges. My theory and others agree that most of the challenges that teens face deal or start with teen peer pressure.

"Being a c-t-r person isn't always easy, but it's the best person you can be."-Diana Beltran
In my opinion, the idea of being a C-T-R person is basically what she says. You can't change the thinking of what a ctr person is, some things aren't possible to change. For instance, when you go to your teacher's classroom you politely ask them permission to enter the classroom or you ask them if you may speak with them. These examples, are a perfect way to demonstrate the fact that you can always show and display respect to others. You don't have to do it but it would and can be something you look forward to achieving and keeping a habit of it.just like becoming a ctr student it would be nice to be one and if your not one. You could make that your goal to achieve. At the end of the day do what you think is best and can sooner or later become the best person you can be.

"Nothing is ever gained in doing what's wrong."- Wilford Woodruff
I personally believe that what Wilford Woodruff is trying to imply to his audience and other audiences is that when you do the wrong or the right something is gained. But apparently, when you do the wrong nothing positive is gained from the choice of action. Versus when you choose to do the right thing you, gain something positive which overrules the things you gained from the bad. ANd makes it seem like you gained nothing. For instance, the girl in the video that was shown to us in our digital computers class, it was on this girl who previously has committed a felony. She has drugs in her system from the last 24 hours, while she was speaking to the judge she was out of control and disrespectful. Every single time she would disrespect the judge she would get punished and she would gain punishment out of her wrongdoing. However, the next time she saw the judge in the room where he was reviewing the file, he noticed she wasn't on drugs anymore; while serving time in jail. She was now timid and respectful to the judge and to everyone there she did have a breakdown but at least this time. She didn't gain any more punishments, at least the only one she got where the ones she deserved and paid for. This two times she meets the judge were both different experiences and in each one she gained something from them. At the end of the day, the good things you gained from doing the right overpowers the wrong gains.

Do you think would like to be one?
I don't think I would like to become one because of the main reason of working with kids. I feel like I wouldn't be able to work with kids, since at times I can be brutally honest and may hurt them in a way I didn't necessarily mean too. Also this profession is a good one just not right for me.

" It's a GREAT MOMENT when someone had the character to step up and do the right thing at the right time." - Pam Knox
In my personal opinion, this quote does speak the truth. Of how when you do something great at the right time you, the moment would be a great moment. For instance, when the two teams were going head to head to win the championship game in softball. The player that has never scored a home run she hit her first home run in that very game. Which made her get really excited and when she ran to first base. No one knew it was coming, nor they would be ready. She ran to first base so quickly that when she turned she tore her ACL which cost her the game run, her career, and the rest of the season. But the thing that truly was to remember for both sides was the teams coming together to help her out so she can complete the run. They carried her and they walked around the plates with her noninjured leg to touch the bases all the way to the last one. Homerun she completed the first home run she ever hit and they won the game that very plays. This is truly an amazing thing to be apart of and to experience, so why not experience it every day. It's very important to help others when in need because it can really leave an impact on them. When leaving a good impact on others lives you can feel good and like my teacher says when you do the right thing its fun. ANd having fun is what everyone wants to do. They also showed us how it doesn't matter if we are going to the win or your loose something for doing something right.
