"Even if everyone is doing it, WRONG IS NEVER RIGHT." -Russell M. Nelson

In my personally opinion i don't 100% agree on what he is saying because in some ones view the wrong thing maybe the right thing in someone else's point of view. In other words yes cheating is bad and i agree that if everyone is doing it then it doesn't make it right. The reason why is because even though majority rules, cheating is a bad habitat that would not only hurt you but it will hurt others around you. If you are willing to think that wrong is never right. But yet still do wrong, then you are not a CTR person. Another example, is when certain people think that protesting is a bad thing and they think that protesting should even be considered or done. I disagree with them because if you have the right to believe and think and say what you want to say, why shouldn't we have the right to protest against something that we believe is right, in our eyes maybe not in yours.  Lastly, there are some things in this world that are wrong and are never right , yes. But we also have to keep in mind that even if you are tempted to do what is wrong you should always think twice, even if you think it is right. Keep in mind that everyone has their own mindset , views, and opinions on everything but somethings are worth fighting for and some are common sense and should be doing if it's wrong.

"Enthusiasm makes the difference" by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale

I personally believe that enthusiasm is like attitude in a way and attitude always makes a difference. The way you approach things will make a huge difference on the outcome ad experience. For instance, when you start a new assignment and you approach it with enthusiasm and you are eager to do it then you'll have a higher chance of following through with the assignment and actually understand the work. In this situation you were able to see that by you were able to complete the assignment. In another situation if you  don't the enthusiasm to study then the outcome would be the opposite and you will fail.

"I wasn't trying to leave a legacy. I was trying to do what was right."-Dean Smith

In  my personal opinion, I agree with what Dean Smith is teaching and leaving behind. And that's when you do great things like follow the rules and being a CTR person, you will not only leave a legacy or be remembered as a person that did good. But, you will succeed in life and you will be given life's greatest rewards to you and others around you. When Dean Smith was doing the right thing all the time and he helped his team out in other categories in life like school and personal life. He was able to succeed and help them succeed in what they were struggling with. And they were able to finally understand the values of doing what is right because they saw and felt the feeling of doing what is right. For instance, if  I were to join a club and i had to accomplish a certain amount of tasks, do homework, hang out with friends, and yet make sure everything is going okay. I can either do what Dean Smith did and choose the right and finish my work on time the right way. And still have time to help others out to do the right thing. Or i can cheat my way through in other words, i can ask for other peoples papers and copy of them and turn it in, and go on to the internet and find a summary on the books i have to read, and still have time for my friends and myself.  I don't  think you or anyone want to go the opposite way of Dean Smith because it will always end in great disaster.

After researching and gaining a new and profound information on this career of a nursing home administrator, I don't think i want this as my career. I don't think I would be fit for helping or taking care of personal or financial problems in the medical industry.  I also don't think 'm for absorbing large amounts of informtaion that can be life or death and interpreting it.

1.  Things that I like about this class are that its fun and very interactive. We are able to learn while we are still doing our assignments.  I also like how this is the first typing class where we actually focus on mainly typing and how I've learn ed to appreciate it. Also, I like the videos that we watch  and how we able to put our views and input on the student success statement. But,mainly how we learn different medical careers and by doing so we learn ed how to improve our research skills.
2. Things that I didn't like about the class was that at points I found myself thinking that when we would do our medical career research how I could of listened to some music that was more up beat or at least let us listen to music once we were done working on our assignment. I also didn't like that we had to do the CTR pledge every day, and write in our life planning journals every day. I think we could of done it once a month or twice a month.
3. Recommendations on improving the class  is allowing us to listen to music was we are done with our medical research and our work. And maybe allow us to more group discussions on the student success statement rather than explaining the statement. But overall, its a great class.
4. The highlight for me in the class was being able to practice on my typing because I was able to connect with myself and improve my typing skills. Another part of the class I like is when we listen to music before the class starts because its so relaxing and it gets me in the mood or rhythm  to start working.
5.I really did do my best in the class, but it was really hard for me because I had to make sure I was not looking at my keys. But at the same time still doing my work and understanding what I had to do. And when I was working on my medical career research I tried my best to do have the right research done and make sure that if I were to give it to. someone they would know the main things of that career.
6. I am not using my life planning goals journal every day but I do write in my other journal I promise. I just don't think the things that I want to write  don't go with the life planning goals journal. But I do write in a journal and I write in a way where I'm talking to another person and telling the that I'm okay, I'm strong, and letting them know that everything is okay. But I would try from now on to write in my life planning journal as well maybe not as much of enough.
7.I'm currently committed to being a CTR person because at the moment theres no reason for me not to be. And I can't promise anyone not even myself that I will be a CTR person 24/7 because we are all human and we all make mistakes and take wrong turns. But its up to us if we want to fix them.  so yes at the moment I am and the only reason I can think of is because I don't want to let myself down. But mainly, to loose all the perks that some with being a CTR person.

"Take responsibility for you own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being."-Mr. C. Haymore

Personally don't think that if you are waiting around for someone to give you life in your hands and tell you that you should take a left or right or even go straight. I think that is the wrong way to live life because no one should be telling you where to go and what to take you should be figuring that out your  self and let yourself learn from your mistakes and accomplishments. If you were to fail a test and you know that for a fact you didn't study for it but you cheated of someone else's work and you got a bad score on it. You would be getting in to trouble with your parents and you would be getting mad at the person you copied of from. When instead you should be getting mad at your self and no one else because you were the one who didn't study and you decided to cheat of them. So your mind would be getting mad and you have to control your anger, physical you would look like something it bothering you, and spiritually you would be thinking negative and beating yourself up verbally for not being able to study for your own test. A good example it the opposite and you are able to have a good mind and spiritually  and phiscally you are okay and good because you didn't do anything wrong.
1. Smoking nearly harms every organ in the body, some faster than others , and some last a long time.  The main organ in the body that smoking harms is the brain because the cigarette has a type of drug called nicotine which is addictive as heroin. And this drug is so addictive that you would want to continue non-stop. But when you try to stop its very hard to because it changed your brain in to developing nicotine receptors to maintain the large amounts of nicotine intake. And when you reduce the amounts of nicotine your brain craves it more and you start to feel anxious and not your self. The eyes are also affected the nicotine restricts the chemical for you to see at night and to have clear vision. And with lack of this chemical that is necessary you can lead to blurry vision and potential blindness.

2. Cigarettes smoking causes more than 480,000 deaths each year in the United States. This is nearly one in fifth deaths. More than 10 times U.S. citizens have died from prematurely cigarette smoking  than have died  from all the wars  fought by the United States. Smoking causes about  90% (or out 9 out of 10) of all lung cancer deaths. Cigarette smoking increases death from all causes in men and women.

4. You can per mote non smoking by showing the people the facts, informing them with the right information, showing them videos, and true stories. Once you show them true stories they will have a higher chance of stopping and not even starting because it will make them realize  the bad things smoking does.

"Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character, that is the goal of education." - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Personally this quote speaks the truth. If you don't have a good character in life then there's no use for intelligence. For example, if you are a woman going in to the world trying to be a CEO for a company at given choice. And you have meet at least all the requirements only missing one, have a good character, intelligence  and motivation. Then you will have a higher chance at getting the career because even though your missing somethings with the intelligence and good character they know you will do exceptional things and would be fit for the career. Good character and intelligence of hand in hand and it doesn't only apply to education it also applies to other important things in life as well. For instance , sports, friends, tutoring, jobs, and etc.. A bad example, is going in to school and having the intelligence and understanding everything but not having good character and good work ethic. Meaning that the people and teacher would think that you are just lazy and think you wont get far because you want even have good character. And most likely the end result would be people always questioning you and you having this guilt feeling that you wont like. To sum it all up, you cant very far if you don't have both.

"we need the courage to start and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn't do." -Richard L. Evans

I personally believe this quote is the truth and how if you want to do the right thing or the bad thing you should always do it with courage. For example, if you are a bully and you know that you shouldn't be bullying others and you feel like you've come alive and have power over the people who are victims. Then you should have the courage to admit what you did and with out your posse of friends to back you up. Even  have the courage to stop others from bullying them and to stop yourself from bullying them as well. You have to be at level d the democracy level and do the right thing. another example is, when you have the opportunity to start studying for finals and put in that time to ask questions on what you are confused on.  you encourage others to do it as well  and let them know that its ''cool'' to study and to prepare yourself for the exam. Now that's a CTR person and a person at level d the democracy level.
