Respiratory Therapists

Duties and responsibilities:
 Some of the following duties include them caring for patients who have trouble breathing, and patients range from premature infants with undeveloped lungs to elderly patients who have diseased lungs. In addition,  provide emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks drowning, or shock. Responsibilities are treated patients by using a variety of methods, including chest physiotherapy, monitor, and record patients, and perform diagnostic tests.

Salary: $59,710 per year and $ 28.71 per hour

Education:
  In order to become one you will need to at least an associate's degree, but a bachelor's degree is recommended. you will also need a licensure from commision on accreditation for respiratory.

Demand or need for this profession:
   The projected to grow 23 percent from 2016 to 2026.

Do you think you would like to be one? Why or Why not?

I would not like to become one, because this isn't the are of the department that I would like to study and pruse in. For instance, I would like to work with patients which are kids, teens, adults, and seniors but not when they are suffering from a condition and breathing problems.
